Trying Something New
I had this stencil I wanted to use but didn't know what to use it on. So, I decided to try it on a card & this is what I came up with.
The Pocket Card holds a teabag & the saying at the top says; Sit down relax and have some tea. And as you sip it think of me. I made a bunch of these for a swap I was in at Christmas. Enjoy & thanks for looking.

Halloween
I love making Halloween cards. These are some I did for a swap last year. The ones to the right have wiggle eyes & are embossed. The one at the bottom is just simple stamping.

This is the first card I made useing my new Sizzix die cut machine. I used eyelets for the center of the flowers & rubber stamped the Thank You.
This is one of the first cards I ever made for a swap. It's hard to tell from the scan, but the flower is embossed.

Richard's Card
This is the card I made for my husband last year. He likes to play in his garden so I thought this would be perfect for him. It took a long time to make since I had to punch out a lot of hearts & then fold & hook them together to make the frame. Inside it says, You are blessed three times.
1. You have me.
2. You have me.
3. You have me.

More Trading Cards
I love making Trading Cards, they're so easy & you can make 10 with 1 sheet of card stock. These are some I made for swaps. The last set I just finished last night & will be the next ones to go in the mail. I have a binder full of all the ones I've gotten in my swaps. Enjoy & thanks for looking.....Rita
It's hard to tell, but the soda has glitter on top. The theme for this set was monochromatic colors from the color wheel.

Thanks
The first card was made for a swap & the second one I did at a workshop. I'm a little late posting today, the site wasn't working this morning & I couldn't get the cards to load. Don't you just hate it when that happens? More tomorrow. Thanks for looking, Rita

Today's additions include 2 Gift Cards I made for a swap. I do a lot of swaps, mainly Trading Cards. The background on the 2nd card was done useing 5 marbles in a container & then adding ink & rolling them over the card front. This was fun to do & not as messy as it sounds. Thanks for looking.
