Masking-August Birthday

This card was done using the "Masking Technique". That's where you stamp an image, cut it out and then use it to cover the image you stamp on the card so that anything you stamp overlapping it will look like it's behind the first one.
I used another one of my favorite Stampin' Up sets, In Full Bloom, on this card. It's hard to tell from the scan, but I put Stickles Glitter Glue in the center of the flowers. I also added an organdy ribbon bow to the bottom just before I mailed it.
